SKF Adjusts Voting Rights Following Share Conversion

The Gothenburg-based engineering firm AB SKF has officially updated its share structure, reporting a total of 71,561,368 votes as of September 30, 2026. This shift follows a formal conversion of Series A shares into Series B shares, a move executed under the company’s existing Articles of Association.

The company’s updated capital structure comprises 455,351,068 total shares. Within this figure, Series A shares account for 28,918,068 units, while the volume of Series B shares stands at 426,433,000. AB SKF confirmed that it currently retains no treasury shares. The disclosure fulfills regulatory requirements under the Financial Instruments Trading Act, with the data released to the public at 06.30 CEST.
