The retirement of 1,232,671 repurchased shares marks a shift in the company's capital structure. With these units now removed from circulation, Autoliv confirms that 72,006,695 shares remain outstanding, each carrying a single vote. The remaining 2,415,007 shares held in treasury are stripped of voting rights and distribution participation under Delaware law.
This disclosure aligns with the requirements of the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act. Autoliv, which reported $10.8 billion in sales for 2025, continues to maintain its global footprint across 25 countries, focusing on the production of airbags, seatbelts, and steering wheels for the automotive industry.
