Lauderbach arrives at the Point Pleasant-based company with an extensive resume that includes leadership tenures at Fisher-Price, Spin Master, Skip Hop, and Just Play. His background encompasses the full spectrum of toy creation, from initial concept design and engineering to final commercialization. He will oversee the evolution of the company’s creative portfolio, specifically targeting growth in its existing ranges like Compound Kings and the iLY Sticker Maker.

Jeff Osnato, President of WeCool Toys, noted that the timing of this hire aligns with a broader growth phase for the combined organization. By integrating Lauderbach’s technical expertise, the company aims to strengthen its relationships with international retailers and licensing partners.
