The Kelowna-based company, which specializes in oral stimulant and cognitive support pouches, confirmed the resignations of former CEO Chris Jackson and CFO Chris Cherry. Incoming interim leader Kareem Baalbaki brings a decade of supply chain and operational experience, most notably from his tenure as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Revive Superfoods, where he oversaw a significant expansion of the company’s operating platform.
Joining him on the board is Jeremy Wright, a CPA and current CFO of Avant Brands. Wright offers extensive expertise in capital markets and regulatory compliance, having navigated public company transitions on both the TSX and Nasdaq. His background includes raising over $65 million for various ventures and guiding firms through complex uplisting processes.
Parallel to these appointments, the firm finalized a debt settlement previously announced on September 23, 2026. Doseology issued 75,268 common shares at a deemed price of $0.18 per share to satisfy consulting compensation arrears. These shares remain subject to standard Canadian resale restrictions as the company continues to focus on its market position within the growing, smoke-free oral stimulant sector.
