In her new role, she will oversee the company's technology roadmap, with a mandate to weave data analytics and AI deeper into the firm’s PhilTech ecosystem.

Patel steps into the newly created Head of Product position after an 18-year career in SaaS and wealth management, including a tenure as Managing Director of Product Strategy at CIBC. Her background involves managing high-end wealth platforms for ultra-high-net-worth clients and deploying AI-driven solutions at Northern Trust. CEO Joseph Mrak III noted that these appointments are intended to accelerate the evolution of the company’s offerings, which currently support over $55 billion in charitable assets.
