During his time there, he helped scale the company’s annual revenue from $400 million to over $2 billion and played a pivotal role in its 2019 initial public offering. His background also includes leadership positions at pharmaceutical manufacturer Sanofi, providing him with a blend of operational expertise and financial oversight.

CEO Tim O'Brien cited Orman’s track record in scaling high-growth businesses as a key asset for the firm’s long-term strategy. Orman, who holds an MBA from The Wharton School, will focus on strengthening SIS’s market position while managing the company’s financial planning and analysis. SIS continues to maintain a significant presence in the ambulatory surgery sector, having been recognized as a top EHR vendor by Black Book and KLAS for several consecutive years.
