Founded in 2014, Labfish brings a robust infrastructure to the partnership, including ISO 9001-certified calibration facilities and an expansive rental inventory ranging from infusion pumps to specialized laboratory refrigeration. The firm’s reach extends beyond Germany, utilizing partner depots in Argentina, Israel, Turkey, and China to manage logistics for clinical trial sites across 70 countries.

Christophe Berthoux, CEO of Resonant, noted that the acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy to provide deeper support across the clinical supply chain. For Labfish founder Martin Forster, the integration offers a platform to scale existing warehouse and import-export services. While financial details remain undisclosed, the move positions Resonant to better navigate complex regulatory environments through Labfish’s established Importer of Record and Exporter of Record services.
