The latest wave of openings includes sites in Fresh Meadows and Manhattan, New York; Hoboken and Jersey City, New Jersey; Houston and Leander, Texas; Cleveland, Ohio; and Rapid City, South Dakota. This rapid scaling aligns with the company’s broader 2026 strategy to broaden its reach into Illinois, Minnesota, and Arkansas. CEO Zak Omar noted that the growth strategy prioritizes finding the right regional operators while maintaining the brand's commitment to fresh, hormone-free ingredients.
Looking toward the end of the year, the development pipeline remains robust. Future sites are already slated for Columbus, Ohio; Chicago and Joliet, Illinois; and additional locations in New Jersey and New York. Since its founding in 1989, the company has focused on scaling its franchise model without abandoning the authentic Buffalo-style identity that defined its initial entry into the market over three decades ago.
