The West Palm Beach-based brokerage reports that its transaction volume spans several specialized sectors, including dental and healthcare properties, quick-service restaurants, and car washes. Managing Partner Julius Swolsky noted that the firm is leveraging this activity to capture opportunities across multiple asset classes as it heads into the end of the year.
Healthcare and dental sale-leaseback transactions remain a primary driver of the firm’s growth, alongside a steady stream of net lease retail deals involving national brands. According to Managing Partner Shannon Bona, a significant portion of this success stems from repeat clients who rely on the firm’s ability to execute complex strategies across varying markets. As the firm advances its current pipeline, partners Don Bingham III, Swolsky, and Bona are focusing on scaling their investment sales and sale-leaseback platforms to sustain this pace through 2026.
