The fund, traded under the ticker LGHT, will begin winding down operations immediately. Authorized Participants must cease orders for new creation units after the market close on October 28, 2026. Public trading on the Cboe BZX Exchange will conclude on October 30, 2026, with shares set for de-listing before the market opens on November 2.

As the fund prepares for its final cash distribution, it will shift its investment strategy, moving away from its stated objectives to increase cash and cash-equivalent holdings. Shareholders who retain their positions through the liquidation date will receive a pro rata cash distribution. Investors should note that this process constitutes a taxable event, and Langar Investment Management advises consulting with tax professionals regarding potential capital gains or losses.
