The project centers on the creation of a new, multi-story theatre spanning 6,300 square meters, which will feature a 293-seat performance hall designed to anchor the university's arts program. Beyond the new construction, crews will execute extensive renovations across 7,600 square meters of current fine arts buildings, supplemented by a new 800-square-meter addition.
Work is already underway at the site, with the full scope of site development and interior fittings scheduled to reach completion by February 2030. Skanska plans to include the project in its US order bookings for the third quarter of 2026.
