The demand for smaller, more intricate electronic components has pushed traditional inspection systems to their physical limits. To address this, SINTRONES is introducing hardware capable of handling massive data throughput without succumbing to thermal throttling. Central to this lineup is the ABOX-5221(P)(G)-LC, which utilizes the company’s patented fanless, pumpless phase-change liquid cooling technology. This system claims to improve thermal efficiency by up to 5x, allowing Intel Core Series 2 processors and Arc GPU acceleration to maintain peak performance in demanding industrial environments.
Beyond thermal management, the company is expanding its footprint in multi-camera automation. The newly debuted ABOX-5222E offers dual PCIe x16 expansion slots for scalable GPU integration, while the IBOX series—specifically the IBOX-604-G2 and IBOX-601-M12X—leverages GMSL2 camera interfaces to facilitate real-time 3D vision and object detection. According to CEO Kevin Hsu, the objective is to provide a robust computing foundation that allows developers to run sophisticated AI models at production speeds, ensuring consistent accuracy even as inspection requirements become increasingly granular.
