Lorissa's Organic Snacks Expands Into Target Nationwide

Target shoppers can now find the only meat sticks on the market that carry both USDA Organic certification and a Top 9 Allergen-Free designation. The rollout, announced October 1, brings the brand’s grass-fed beef and organic poultry sticks to shelves across the U.S. and the retailer's online storefront.

The product lineup includes Original Beef, Jalapeño Beef, and Savory Herb Turkey varieties. These snacks are produced through natural fermentation without encapsulated lactic acid and contain zero sugar. The beef options provide 10 grams of protein per stick at 110 calories, while the turkey version offers 12 grams of protein at 80 calories. Each package contains five individually wrapped 1.15-ounce portions.

Founder Lorissa Link, who developed the brand after managing her son’s severe food allergies, emphasized the necessity of third-party verification for consumer trust. By moving into a major national retailer, the company aims to scale access to allergen-conscious protein options for families. The snacks are currently positioned within the jerky aisle at select locations and through Target’s digital platform.
