The new dataset offers granular oversight of facilities in critical hubs, including the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. In the UK, LandGate monitors over 500 facilities where grid connection requests have climbed past 70 GW. In Germany, the data accounts for the EnEfG Act, which mandates new builds achieve a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.2 or lower. Other markets, such as Ireland, reflect the strain on national grids, with data centers accounting for 21% of the country's total power consumption in 2023.
Yoann Hispa, CEO of LandGate, noted that the structural shift in site selection requires tools that integrate land, power, and permitting data simultaneously. The platform delivers this intelligence through GIS, API, and MCP Server architectures, allowing enterprise clients to ingest metrics like rack capacity, white space, and operator contact details directly into private models. With this addition, LandGate’s global repository now spans 160 countries, encompassing more than 10,000 facilities worldwide to support capital allocation in the digital infrastructure sector.
