Joe Ghiz joins the team following a tenure at Align Technology, where he was instrumental in scaling the clear aligner market into a $10 billion enterprise. His mandate at Neuromod involves leveraging this experience to mirror that growth within ENT and audiology practices. Before his time in orthodontics, Ghiz spent over a decade at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, focusing on sales and market leadership for the ACUVUE brand.

Shannon Basham arrives with two decades of experience in the hearing care sector. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Audiology for Sonova Group in the United States, where she led clinical education and wholesale strategy for Phonak and Unitron. Her background includes a decade leading clinical training for Phonak and managing commercialization efforts for the Lyric hearing aid at Insound Medical. CEO Dr. Ross O'Neill noted that the appointments coincide with a period of robust clinical validation for Lenire, which is currently available across North America, Europe, and Australia.
