Almond joins the Pennsylvania-based confectioner from Vinarchy, a Bain Capital-backed wine firm where she managed operations across 57 markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Her background also includes a 12-year stint at Bacardi, where she held various senior regional leadership positions. CEO Kirk Tanner cited her track record in scaling global brands and fostering high-performance cultures as the primary drivers for her appointment.

Operating out of the company’s U.K. office, Almond will oversee the next phase of Hershey’s international expansion. The transition aims to maintain momentum for a portfolio that now spans confectionery, salty snacks, and functional nutrition products. Grover, a long-term veteran of the organization, leaves behind a foundation that the company intends to leverage to reach a broader global consumer base.
