Developed alongside technology firms Snappy Kraken and The Smyth Group, the platform moves beyond static directories to prioritize the human element of financial advice. FPA Chief Executive Officer Dennis Moore described the update as a response to the changing ways consumers seek guidance, noting that the profession must adapt to a digital-first environment without losing the relationship-based core of financial planning.
The updated interface includes enhanced advisor profiles featuring video introductions and thought leadership content, alongside a transparent inquiry system that avoids pay-to-play models. For CFP professionals, the tool provides a dashboard to track engagement and manage leads, with optional premium nurturing services offered through Snappy Kraken. This launch marks the beginning of a multi-year strategy by the FPA to modernize its member support and increase the visibility of financial planners in an evolving digital landscape.
