Capsa Healthcare Streamlines Pharmacy Automation Sales via Online Portal

Pharmacy teams can now bypass traditional sales cycles for the Kirby Lester KL1v tablet counter, as Capsa Healthcare shifts its procurement process to the Capsa Connect online portal. The company is pairing the digital launch with a 25 percent discount on the device through the end of 2026.

The KL1v processes up to 15 tablets or capsules per second, designed to alleviate the daily administrative burden on pharmacy technicians. Because the device requires no complex IT integration or calibration, it functions as a plug-and-play solution for retail, hospital outpatient, and veterinary settings. The hardware features a compact footprint, integrated sound-dampening technology, and a specialized interface for handling irregularly shaped pills and gel caps.

"Buying a counter should be as simple as using one," said Huan K. Nguyen, vice president of pharmacy automation at Capsa Healthcare. By moving the KL1v to the Capsa Connect platform, the manufacturer aims to eliminate the wait times associated with requesting formal quotes. Pharmacies utilizing the checkout code KL25PR can secure the 25 percent discount on the manufacturer's suggested retail price until Dec. 31, 2026. For larger operations requiring volume orders or multi-location deployments, the company continues to offer traditional quote requests through its official website.
