The transaction allows Curi Capital to maintain its existing management team, branding, and service model while gaining the resources necessary to accelerate growth. Operating 12 offices across eight states and the District of Columbia, the firm plans to leverage the investment to enhance its technological infrastructure and expand its reach into new markets. Wealth Partners Capital Group will continue to assist with the RIA's ongoing M&A initiatives and strategic development.
For The Vistria Group, the move deepens its portfolio in the financial services sector, where it currently manages over $18 billion in assets. Senior Partner Boris Rapoport noted that the firm’s decision to back Curi Capital was driven by the company’s ability to combine sophisticated wealth management with a personalized client experience. While financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed, Curi will retain its position as a significant shareholder alongside the firm's current employee owners.
