Most recently, he spent seven years as a senior partner at a global multi-family office, where he oversaw strategic growth and daily operations.
Founder and Chairman Mark Kashinskiy cited Sams' technical proficiency and his ability to scale companies as the primary drivers for the hire. For his part, Sams intends to preserve the firm’s specialized culture while expanding its reach. The company, which focuses on identifying federal and state R&D tax credits under IRC §41, positions this leadership change as a strategic move to accommodate its rapid market expansion.
