The divested division now operates as Westbridge Print, an independent entity maintaining its footprint in the legal and tax sectors while continuing to supply commercial printing services to book publishers. By spinning off these operations, Thomson Reuters aims to concentrate its resources on developing fiduciary-grade AI solutions tailored for legal, audit, and compliance professionals.

For KKR, the acquisition integrates a business that serves clients across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Westbridge Print will continue to manage information distribution through its ProView platform and print channels, catering to law schools, government agencies, and corporate clients.
