Los Angeles-based RCLCO Fund Advisors and Utrecht’s a.s.r. real assets investment partners have launched a strategic alliance to provide cross-border real estate investment services. The collaboration targets institutional investors, such as pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices, who require local execution capabilities alongside global reach. By pooling research-driven strategies, the two firms aim to offer a cohesive approach to portfolio construction, due diligence, and manager selection. Both organizations will maintain their independence while sharing market data and coordinating on investment mandates, ranging from direct accounts to co-investments.

Luc Joosten, managing director at a.s.r. real assets investment partners, noted that the alliance emphasizes disciplined stewardship across the investment cycle. Taylor Mammen, CEO of RCLCO Fund Advisors, emphasized that the partnership addresses the growing demand for genuine in-market expertise rather than relying solely on global brand presence. As of July 2026, RFA advised on approximately $122 billion in assets, while a.s.r. brings over 25 years of experience managing real estate, infrastructure, and natural capital for international institutional clients.
