The Pigeon Forge property features a comprehensive suite of amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and a sauna, all set against the backdrop of the mountains. Capital Vacations intends to launch a sales preview center on-site while initiating a series of upgrades to unit interiors and landscaping to align the location with its existing portfolio.
Travis Bary, Co-President of Capital Vacations, cited the resort's prime location and the existing staff's capabilities as primary drivers for the transaction. This move follows the company’s recent integration of Gatlinburg Town Square Resort and Mountain Meadows Resort, further entrenching the firm’s footprint in a high-traffic travel corridor. By assuming control of resort management, rental operations, and ownership marketing, the company aims to boost revenue for the owners' association while expanding access to its broader vacation club network.
