The Board of Trustees at Invesco has authorized dividend payments across its suite of closed-end funds for October 2026. The declared dividends cover a broad range of municipal and income-focused portfolios. Notably, the Invesco Bond Fund (VBF) leads the adjustments with a monthly dividend of $0.0695 per share. Other holdings, including the Invesco Advantage Municipal Income Trust II (VKI) and the Invesco High Income Trust II (VLT), maintain their respective distributions of $0.0559 and $0.0895 per share.

Invesco advises that some distributions may include a return of principal rather than net investment income. To meet regulatory requirements under Section 19 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, the firm will issue notices to shareholders detailing the specific sources of these payments. These disclosures are intended for informational purposes and should not be used for federal income tax reporting, which will be handled via Form 1099-DIV at the conclusion of the fiscal year.
