The device holds the distinction of being the first EN50131 Grade 2-certified unit to integrate Computer Vision AI directly into a monitored alarm ecosystem. By distinguishing between human activity and environmental triggers, the system reduces false alarms while providing 24/7 high-definition surveillance with infrared night vision. Internal data suggests this preventative approach stops more than half of all detected intrusion attempts.
CEO Austin Lally emphasized that the company’s competitive edge lies in the synthesis of proprietary AI and human oversight. Following a €170 million investment in 2025 dedicated to R&D, the firm is integrating similar intelligence across its portfolio, including its LockGuard™ and WiFi Vision™ lines. The GuardVision rollout currently spans territories from France and Germany to Brazil and Chile, with Norway slated for a rollout next month and further expansions into the UK and Mexico planned for 2026.
