The presentation, scheduled for November 7, 2026, in Phoenix, will detail results from two patient cohorts: those with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer and those with HR-positive/HER2-negative disease. By combining invikafusp alfa with TRODELVY, investigators aim to test whether the cytotoxic payload of the ADC can prime tumors for a more robust T-cell-mediated response.
Kevin Chin, Chief Medical Officer at Marengo Therapeutics, noted that this strategy seeks to extend the reach of immunotherapies into tumors that are not inherently antigen-rich. The study, currently enrolling at multiple North American centers, follows the company’s ongoing investigation into invikafusp alfa monotherapy. Dr. Steven Isakoff of Mass General Brigham will present the data, which the company views as a critical step in establishing its T-cell activation platform as a potential backbone for future oncology treatments.
