Green Water and Power, which has installed over 15,000 EV chargers nationwide, views the program as a way to cultivate a motivated workforce while reducing employment barriers for underserved populations. Christine Karlovic, Vice President at GWP, noted that the collaboration aims to make skilled trades training more inclusive. Similarly, Shelah C. Potter of Goodwill SoCal emphasized that the program provides a supportive structure for those looking to enter the workforce and acquire in-demand technical expertise. Interested candidates can begin the application process through the GWP website or by visiting a local Goodwill America's Job Center.
