The acquisition allows TXO to scale its end-to-end technology lifecycle services, which range from asset recovery to third-party maintenance. By incorporating Wesbell’s processing capacity and established relationships with major hyperscalers, TXO aims to enhance support for networks undergoing modernization for AI and digital transformation. Wesbell CEO Dave Rose noted that the merger offers a platform to invest in technical talent while extending the company's regional capabilities to the broader TXO global group.
TXO CEO Oliver Lemanski described the move as a strategic expansion of the company’s technical footprint rather than a simple geographic play. The transaction, supported by TowerBrook Delta, continues a long-term growth pattern for TXO, which has completed a series of acquisitions since 2019, including MMX Communications Services, Lynx UK, TEQPORT, and the AirWay Group. Phil Miller, Chief Corporate Development Director at TXO, spearheaded the latest deal, with DLA Piper and Eight Advisory providing legal and financial counsel respectively.
