Alongside its workforce growth, equipifi reported a 128% year-over-year increase in platform transaction volume. The company also rolled out technical upgrades, including expanded underwriting capabilities and refined notification systems. VP of People Marlowe Everett noted that the firm prioritizes deliberate hiring strategies to identify individuals capable of managing high-growth environments. Due to its climbing employee count, equipifi is expected to transition into a larger competitive category for next year’s awards cycle.
