The new facility moves away from traditional sample racks, focusing instead on immersive, full-size displays. Homeowners will be able to evaluate combinations of James Hardie siding, Marvin windows and doors, GAF roofing, and TimberTech decking in a single environment. According to Ben Juncker, owner and president of the company, the intent is to move beyond small swatches, allowing clients to see how various profiles, colors, and trim details interact before beginning their projects.
Founded in 1998, the contractor holds the distinction of being Minnesota's original James Hardie Preferred Remodeler and currently operates as a James Hardie Elite Alliance Contractor. While the Maple Grove site will serve as the central hub for Twin Cities operations, it also anchors the company’s ongoing expansion into southeastern Wisconsin and the Milwaukee market. Project consultants will utilize the expanded space to review design concepts and digital proposals alongside the physical product displays, aiming to streamline the planning process ahead of the 2027 spring renovation season.
