The latest capital injection includes R$700 million in 'Ecoinvest' debentures for Companhia Riograndense de Saneamento (CORSAN), structured with a 10-year maturity through Banco Bradesco BBI. Additionally, the company extended two debenture issuances, totaling R$750 million: R$420 million for Águas de Governador Valadares and R$330 million for Ambiental Metrosul, handled by XP Investimentos and Banrisul, respectively.
Beyond domestic debentures, the company signed a mandate with IDB Invest in September for up to US$400 million to support Águas do Pará. These funds are slated for disbursement between 2027 and 2028. Aegea also confirmed that its major subsidiaries, Águas do Rio 1 and Águas do Rio 4, have completed their long-term financing arrangements through a mix of capital market activity and loans from BNDES and international lenders. According to Vice President of Finance Yaroslav Memrava Neto, these structures remain fully secured, requiring no further refinancing to meet the firm's ongoing investment obligations.
