The firm is currently investigating the merger between Futurewave Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: FWAC) and Olympian Group Inc. Similar inquiries have been opened into the sales of The Marygold Companies, Inc. (NYSE American: MGLD) to affiliates of Madison Dearborn Partners for $2.00 per share, and Mistras Group, Inc. (NYSE: MG) to H.I.G. Capital affiliates for $20.35 per share.

Additionally, the firm is reviewing the sale of Lifecore Biomedical, Inc. (NASDAQ: LFCR) to Webster Equity Partners. The proposed deal offers shareholders $6.28 in cash per share, supplemented by a non-transferable contingent value right tied to specific revenue and EBITDA milestones through 2030. Shareholders concerned about these transactions are encouraged to contact Juan Monteverde at the firm’s Empire State Building offices to discuss their legal options.
