Investors Face October 5 Deadline in Blaize Holdings Fraud Lawsuit

Investors who lost more than $100,000 in Blaize Holdings, Inc. securities between July 18, 2025, and April 28, 2026, have until October 5 to move the court to serve as lead plaintiff. The Rosen Law Firm initiated the class action, alleging the company fabricated growth through sham transactions.

The lawsuit contends that Blaize Holdings misled shareholders by announcing deals with entities incapable of conducting legitimate business to artificially inflate revenue figures. According to the complaint, these actions rendered the company's public financial statements materially false. When the reality of these transactions emerged, investors saw the value of their holdings decline.

Those who purchased shares during the specified class period may be eligible for compensation. While no class has been certified yet, affected investors can participate in the litigation without paying out-of-pocket fees or costs. Interested parties should contact Phillip Kim at The Rosen Law Firm or visit their website to join the case. Investors are not required to serve as lead plaintiff to participate in any eventual recovery, though they may choose to retain their own counsel until a class is officially certified.
