The SBTi classified MobileFuse’s target as aligned with a 1.5°C trajectory, the highest ambition level within its framework. This move places the firm among a global cohort of nearly 12,000 organizations pursuing verified climate action. Pete Gonsiorowski, Director of Ad Quality at MobileFuse, noted that the validation provides the necessary accountability for the company’s ongoing climate strategy. He emphasized that the focus is shifting toward analyzing value chain emissions and identifying actionable reduction opportunities.

This commitment rests on a foundation of four years of independently verified greenhouse gas inventories conducted between 2021 and 2024. As the firm initiates its fifth annual audit, industry observers highlight the significance of ad-tech companies adopting standardized climate metrics. Brian Murphy, founder of Alpine Project, described the validation as a critical milestone for the sector, proving that technology providers can integrate measurable environmental standards into their business models. MobileFuse plans to report its progress against these targets annually, ensuring transparency as it works to refine its value chain data through the end of the decade.
