Gnani AI Expands Sovereign Partner Program into Middle East

Gnani AI is bringing its Ascent partner program to the Middle East, aiming to bridge the gap between experimental AI and production-grade contact center operations. By pairing its sovereign AI stack with local implementation experts, the company intends to help GCC enterprises navigate complex language and compliance requirements.

The expansion introduces the firm’s multi-modal conversation AI, agent-assist tools, and speech analytics to a region where banking, government, and healthcare sectors face increasing pressure to modernize while maintaining strict data residency. For these regulated industries, Gnani AI offers resident deployments that allow organizations to retain control over their infrastructure while fine-tuning models for regional languages, including Arabic.

Local implementation is anchored by strategic partnerships with Rise, iSteer, and Gibraltar Technologies. These firms provide the necessary integration expertise to connect Gnani AI’s language models—such as Evon and Plexus—directly into existing enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems. This approach moves beyond simple chatbots, focusing instead on agentic AI capable of handling complex operational tasks.

Global adoption of the Ascent program has accelerated rapidly, signing over 25 partners in recent weeks, including Cisco, Intel, and Hexaware. With a foundation currently powering 50 million calls daily across 200 enterprises, Gnani AI’s move into the UAE signals a shift toward localized, audit-ready AI architectures designed specifically for high-stakes environments.
