The primary drill hole, YAR-45, returned 399.9 metres at 0.45 grams per tonne gold equivalent (AuEq) from the surface. This intercept confirms that the P-1 porphyry intrusive suite remains open at depth and along strike, validating the company's updated 3D geological model. Higher-grade sub-intervals were also identified, including 33.2 metres at 0.81 g/t AuEq and a 74.7-metre zone grading 0.61 g/t AuEq.
GoldMining completed four diamond drill holes totaling 1,218 metres during this phase of the program. While YAR-45 provided the initial data, assay results for holes YAR-46 through YAR-48 are currently pending. Once received, these findings will be incorporated into an updated mineral resource model for the site. The Yarumalito project, located in the Mid Cauca belt, benefits from existing infrastructure, including direct road access and proximity to regional grid power, which facilitates ongoing systematic exploration efforts in the region.
