The new destination will occupy a prominent space within the redeveloped pier, a site originally constructed in 1913. Designed to capitalize on its harbor-front setting, the club will feature 40-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Members will have access to boutique fitness studios, personal training, and a co-ed recovery suite equipped with sauna and thermal experiences. A LifeCafe and bar are also planned for the site.
Pembroke, the firm overseeing the pier's transformation into a mixed-use hub, emphasized that the partnership extends beyond traditional gym membership. Plans include free public fitness programming and collaborative initiatives with the Museum of American Finance and Boston Public Schools to support local student enrichment. This expansion follows Life Time’s recent entry into the Prudential Center in 2025 and continues a growth strategy focused on high-density, vibrant urban neighborhoods.
