Quantum X to Acquire Majority Stake in Data Provider TraderMade

Quantum X Inc. has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire an 80% interest in United Kingdom-based TraderMade Systems Ltd. for $550,000. The deal aims to secure institutional-grade historical financial datasets to fuel the expansion of Quantum X’s artificial intelligence and quantitative computing infrastructure.

The acquisition involves a mix of equity and debt, with Quantum X purchasing 80% of TraderMade’s share capital along with a receivable valued at approximately $544,000. Payment will be executed through the issuance of 550 million common shares at a fixed price of $0.001 per share. These shares are subject to a six-month lock-up period to ensure market stability.

TraderMade, which specializes in real-time and historical foreign exchange data, brings three decades of experience to the partnership. Quantum X views the integration of these datasets as a foundational requirement for its ongoing transition into advanced technology verticals. The transaction is currently pending a 90-day due diligence period, the receipt of an independent valuation, and board approval. Because the seller, Currency Mountain Holdings, LLC, is owned by Emil Assentato, the deal will face specific regulatory reviews regarding its affiliated-party status. Completion remains subject to customary closing conditions, including the retention of key personnel and successful completion of post-closing audits.
