This initiative follows the recent groundbreaking of ALIF Holding’s industrial park in Umm Al Quwain, which spans 8,845 square meters. The facility is expected to serve as the operational hub for ALIF Maritec once refurbishment concludes. The parent group, Dubai-based Robo.ai, is currently evaluating pilot programs in the UAE to bridge technical validation with customer-specific requirements. Development remains contingent on securing necessary site rights, funding, and regulatory approvals, as the project is still in the conceptual phase rather than full commercial deployment.
