The companies formalized their supply arrangement this past August, establishing a non-exclusive path for CSL to utilize the NexSys platform. While the agreement notably lacks minimum purchase requirements, the confirmed rollout schedule provides the market with a concrete horizon for revenue realization. Haemonetics shares had already climbed 27% year-to-date prior to this announcement.
Despite the positive momentum, management tempered expectations regarding immediate financial shifts. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the firm clarified that the scope and timing of the rollout remain fluid. Consequently, Haemonetics is maintaining its existing fiscal 2027 guidance, signaling that the full impact of the CSL integration is yet to be factored into current projections.
