The brand is betting that its signature "Make-Your-Own" process will resonate with older consumers who value self-expression. Each character comes with a specific personality profile: Huck functions as a serial hobbyist, Mateo serves as the group's resident music curator, and Willow occupies the space of a confident stationery lover. Customers can personalize these plush companions by adding recorded sounds, scents, and a curated selection of mix-and-match outfits.
Chief Brand Officer Kim Utlaut noted that the line serves as a deliberate evolution of the company's core mission, catering to a generation that remains unapologetic about the things that bring them joy. By moving away from purely juvenile themes into a world of indie coffee shops and park hangs, the retailer is looking to extend its reach beyond its traditional base. The collection launched on October 8 across all retail locations and the company’s website, marking another attempt by the 27-year-old brand to align itself with shifting pop-culture trends.
