Founded in 2018 by fourth-generation mason Anthony Valerio, Four Winds has expanded from a local operation into a multi-market force serving Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, and Buffalo. The partnership aims to fuel this trajectory by investing in employee development, infrastructure, and advanced training without disrupting the company’s established culture.

According to Valerio, the objective is to leverage new backing to scale operations while remaining committed to the skilled trades that built the company’s reputation. Branson Tibbs, co-founder of Chimney Collective, noted that the investment is designed to support the current management team rather than replace it. The agreement also offers a collaborative network, allowing Four Winds to exchange technical expertise and best practices with other masonry companies under the Chimney Collective umbrella.
