The conference arrives immediately following the Investment Company Institute's retail alternatives event, creating a focused week for financial professionals. John Cole Scott, AICA founder and executive chairman, emphasized that the agenda centers on complex challenges, including the impact of the Saba decision on fund governance and the intricacies of liquidity management in semi-liquid structures. The program features seven distinct panels, a keynote, and a closing session where analysts pitch 2027 market picks.

Attendance is capped at 140 participants, including RIAs, family offices, and fund sponsors. Organizers have prioritized candid discussion over sales-driven content, noting that speaker roles are not for sale. The sessions will cover the valuation of BDCs in the context of AI-driven market shifts and the evolving landscape of interval funds. While the full speaker list is pending, the association is offering 10 complimentary press passes to editorial staff covering wealth and asset management to facilitate independent reporting on the discussions.
