Shareholders of record as of October 19 will be eligible for the payment, which is scheduled for distribution on October 30. The fund, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker ARDC, maintains a portfolio focused on credit investments managed by Ares Capital Management II LLC.
Management noted that these distribution figures are estimates and not intended for tax reporting. The actual composition of the payout—whether derived from net investment income, capital gains, or return of capital—will be finalized at the close of the fiscal year. Should the fund need to satisfy Internal Revenue Code minimum distribution requirements, it may issue an adjusting payment in December. Investors will receive formal tax documentation via Form 1099-DIV early next year.
