The infusion of capital, executed through the issuance of new ordinary shares, pushes the company’s total share count to 558,399,385. By expanding its free float to approximately 20%, the group aims to bolster market liquidity while strengthening its balance sheet for upcoming development projects. Proceeds are earmarked for the scaling of data centers, the enhancement of power infrastructure, and the aggressive execution of a transatlantic compute pipeline.

Founder and CEO Max-Hervé George described the transaction as a necessary step to match the rapid pace of the compute and data center markets. Beyond organic growth, the company plans to use the new equity to increase its stakes in existing investments and broaden its institutional footprint. Certain investors involved in the round have been granted share options contingent upon specific ECM milestones.
