loanDNA Unveils Integrated Tech Suite at MBA Annual 2026

Mortgage professionals are often bogged down by manual data entry and fragmented systems, a friction point loanDNA aims to eliminate. At the Mortgage Bankers Association Annual Convention in Chicago, the firm introduced seven interconnected products designed to automate document processing and risk management while keeping human oversight central to the mortgage lifecycle.

The platform addresses the mounting pressure on lenders and capital markets teams to maintain efficiency amidst shifting market conditions. By integrating tools for document intelligence, income calculation, and pricing, the suite allows firms to automate repetitive tasks like data extraction and bid tape normalization. According to Arvin Wijay, CEO of Consolidated Analytics and a loanDNA board member, the goal is to shift the focus back to human judgment. Technology should serve as a support layer rather than a replacement for professional accountability.

Functionality spans the entire loan process, from the initial application to capital markets execution. Origination tools, such as the Document Intelligence 2.0 and Automatic 1003 Generator, help identify inconsistencies in loan files before human review. On the capital markets side, modules like the Bid Tape Cracker and the Rate Lock Pricing Engine streamline portfolio analysis and risk exposure. These tools can be implemented as a unified system or as individual modules, offering flexibility for firms with varying infrastructure needs. Representatives from loanDNA and Consolidated Analytics are hosting demonstrations through October 14 at the Chicago convention.
