Charles Lee, formerly CEO of KioSoft, transitions from his role as Vice Chairman to become Executive Chair, where he will oversee long-term strategic guidance. Alongside him, Kiernan White steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer to manage the company's scaling efforts and customer experience. The firm also added Jeff Piszczek as Chief Revenue Officer to drive market adoption, while Matthew Carlson joins as Vice President of Marketing to spearhead brand development and demand generation.
Founder and CEO Paresh Patel noted that these appointments are specifically designed to capitalize on the ongoing transformation within the unattended retail sector. By integrating the technology portfolios and operational reach gained during the KioSoft merger, the company intends to increase its footprint in the laundry, vending, and amusement industries. With a network now spanning over 350 cities and serving more than 10 million users, the leadership team faces the immediate task of streamlining execution across these expanded operations.
