The authorization from the Dutch central bank serves as a cornerstone for YeePay’s regional growth strategy. According to Senior Vice President Terry, the license enables the firm to integrate its global payment network with local financial capabilities, specifically targeting improvements in cross-border fund flows and multi-currency foreign exchange services for international clients. The company plans to leverage this new standing to streamline transaction costs and support businesses navigating complex trade environments.
This addition bolsters a diverse regulatory portfolio that already includes a Money Service Operator license in Hong Kong, a Money Services Business registration in the United States, and money transmitter status in Mexico. YeePay currently operates across more than 200 countries and regions, processing real-time exchange for over 100 currencies. By focusing on regulated infrastructure, the firm intends to provide a unified platform for global collections, payouts, and account management services.
