DispatchHealth Reaches 75,000 Patients in Hospital-at-Home Expansion

More than 75,000 patients have received hospital-quality treatment within their own homes through DispatchHealth, a decade-old platform designed to scale complex medical care. The Denver-based company reports that it facilitated over 365,000 clinical visits in 2025 alone, marking a significant shift in how traditional health systems manage patient capacity.

The organization provides the logistics technology and clinical workforce necessary for health systems to move beyond brick-and-mortar limitations. By integrating these services, major providers—including Cleveland Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, Mayo Clinic, and Hackensack Meridian Health—have extended their reach into urban, suburban, and rural communities. CEO Jennifer Webster described the milestone as proof that complex care can be delivered at a meaningful scale when the right operational support is in place.

Beyond relieving pressure on physical hospital facilities, this model offers clinicians a window into the environmental factors influencing a patient’s recovery. This direct insight allows for more precise care planning that is often difficult to achieve in a clinical setting. As the company continues to partner with national health systems, the focus remains on transforming home-based services into a core pillar of modern healthcare infrastructure.
