NFT Limited Unveils RWAIX Protocol for AI and Robotic Commerce

Hong Kong-based NFT Limited has released RWAIX, a technical protocol designed to create a shared, verifiable record for digital transactions. By moving away from platform-centric oversight, the company aims to allow AI agents and autonomous systems to confirm agreements and delivery status without relying on a single intermediary.

The company, which operates an international digital art trading platform, has open-sourced the protocol’s reference implementation on GitHub. Internal testing reports show 50 successful test cases without failure. NFT Limited plans to execute a 90-day pilot program, targeting a live launch by the first quarter of 2027. This initial rollout will focus on upgrading order flows within its existing digital art marketplace using traditional banking rails, rather than new cryptocurrency.

While the current application is limited to art, management envisions broader utility for the technology. Future iterations could theoretically facilitate autonomous payments for GPU computing power or authorize remote actions for industrial robots. However, the company emphasizes that these expansion plans remain conceptual. No AI compute customers have been signed, no robotics projects have commenced, and no digital tokens have been issued. Yanying Wang, CEO of NFT Limited, stated that the immediate focus is proving the protocol’s reliability on a real-world customer order before considering any further integration.
